Holualoa Elementary School's Fund Run: Strides for Learning
Holualoa Elementary School's annual Fund Run is a fundraiser arranged by our incredible Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Students from all grade levels participate, running or walking while families, teachers and fellow students cheer them on. There is a balloon arch, music pumping and a wonderful spirit of camaraderie in the air. Fund Run combines physical activity, fundraising, and school spirit into one high octane day of fun for our school community.
Holualoa Elementary School's Winterfest: A Holiday Celebration
In December, Holualoa Elementary School celebrates this special time of year with our annual Winterfest. Students, families and community members come together at the school for a day filled with holiday music, hula and cheer.
May Day Festival at Holualoa Elementary School
Holualoa Elementary School’s May Day celebrates Hawaiian culture and welcomes a new season every May. A beautiful stage is set up beneath our school mural of an I’o by artist Lydia8, complete with stunning floral arrangements and elegant chairs for the May Day King and Queen and their student court. Students wear their finest aloha wear and leis and family and friends fill our campus with the spirit of Aloha.

We believe in the power of collaboration, and that's why our council brings together a diverse range of voices: parents, community members, teachers, administrators, and classified staff.
Our English Language Learners Program
At Holualoa Elementary, we celebrate the rich diversity of languages! Our English Language Learner (ELL) program is designed to support students who are developing fluency in English, while excelling academically.
